         The water supply system needs to be equipped in the water cutting machine, and in order to prevent water leakage when the pipeline is connected, the thread of the steel pipe head must be more than three teeth higher than the screw pad. If it is found that there is a fault in the water cutting machine, but it is not sure whether the fault point is in the water or oil circuit, it can be further determined by disassembly.
         First remove the water circuit of the water cutting machine, then turn on the oil pump and high-pressure water switch, observe whether the cylinder piston reversing is normal, so as to determine whether the problem is water circuit fault or oil circuit fault. After finding out the problem, it will be much easier to solve it.
         In the supercharger of the water cutting machine, the place with the sealing ring needs to be coated with lubricating grease; at the same time, the oil temperature of the supercharger should be reduced as much as possible, which helps to greatly improve the life of the sealing ring and reduce the use cost of the equipment.
         It is recommended to loosen the thread of the front high pressure cylinder and the low pressure cylinder head of the water cutting machine every two or three days to prevent the connection between the high pressure cylinder and the low pressure cylinder head from being too tight. And you can touch the high and low pressure parts at both ends with both hands, so as to quickly judge which end of the high and low pressure check valve is not well sealed, if not, adjust it.
         It should be known that properly reducing the pressure of water cutting machine will not only not reduce the cutting efficiency, but also greatly improve the life of vulnerable parts. When the sand nozzle is used for a period of time, rotating it to an angle for further use can greatly improve the life of the sand nozzle.
