         Under normal conditions, when testing the cutting speed of the water jet cutter, it is not necessary to cut it in real way to improve the acceleration and deceleration speed; each axis can be tested separately or at the same time. In addition, the accuracy of water jet cutter cutting is less than ± 0.5mm for general requirements in the construction industry, but less than ± 0.olmm for automotive reflectors; the lower the cutting requirements in steel plate processing, the better.
         Nowadays, the cutting accuracy provided by various machinery manufacturers is generally less than ± 0.2mm, but it can't be seen only from the introduction of the product specification. During the acceptance, there should be a complete set of procedures for testing the cutting accuracy, which should be subject to the product accuracy measured by the practical cutting of the water jet cutter.
